Service operator
The service is operated by Ana Nasicovscaia, an individual / sole trader operating under the VerifyMover brand. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for purchases and is identified as the seller on the Paddle checkout and receipt.
Informational service
VerifyMover summarizes publicly available FMCSA records. It is an independent information tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA, the US Department of Transportation, or the US government.
No automated rating or legal advice
VerifyMover does not issue an automated rating or recommendation and does not tell you whether to hire a company. The report is not legal advice, professional advice, or a guarantee of present or future conduct. Factual labels are derived from displayed official fields using transparent, deterministic formatting rules.
Your responsibility
Review the source data and independently confirm current authority, insurance, identity, and other relevant records directly with FMCSA before hiring, paying, or signing a contract with a carrier or broker.
Data availability
Government data may be delayed, incomplete, temporarily unavailable, or omit fields. “Not reported” is not the same as a negative finding.
Moving-document comparison
The optional $12.99 document comparison accepts up to six supported documents from one to three moving companies. AI extracts structured facts; deterministic code groups companies, matches available FMCSA records, and compares identifiers and terms. AI extraction may be incomplete or mistaken, so you must confirm important identifiers and read every original document. The feature does not determine fraud, trustworthiness, legal compliance, rank movers, or decide whether you should sign or hire a company.
Paid passes
A $6.99 one-time purchase provides 10 detailed FMCSA report credits for 7 days. A separate $12.99 purchase provides one comparison of up to six documents from one to three companies and expires after use or after 7 days. Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Anonymous entitlement tokens are stored in the purchasing browser so access can be activated without a VerifyMover account.
Refunds
Refund eligibility and the request process are described in the Refund Policy. Paddle processes approved refunds as Merchant of Record.
Acceptable use
Do not automate excessive requests, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass payment controls, or use the service in violation of law.
